When returning an Electric Vehicle please only plug in the GoElectric if the battery is below 50% at the end of your trip.
Only park in the EV Charging Bay if you are charging. If not, park in the nearest DCC parking space as the vehicle will be clamped if left parked in the EV charging bay when it is not charging. If the vehicle is clamped due to this reason the customer who parked the vehicle there will be liable for the clamp release fee.
All EV vehicles have their own charge cable which can be found in the boot or under the bonnet if the make of that EV is a BMW i3. If the charge cable is missing please report this to us as soon as possible.
All EV vehicles also have their own charge card, which can be found in the back of the keypad in the glove box. This card is used to lift the cover and gain access to the socket on the charge point so you can connect the charge cable.
If the charge card is missing from the car, please call the ESB support number which is printed on the charge point. They will give you access to the socket so you can charge the vehicle. We would then ask that you contact us so we can replace the card as soon as possible.
